We live 20 minutes away from the Graton resort we stayed at the resort to relax and get away from it all. But for now the Casino is experiencing loss of money that most of us experience every week. Until Graton discloses it's annual pay back percentage on slot machines, I will not be in favor of the non-disclosure and the company will continue to make several millions off of us and pay little of that back to us other than the required annual Rhonert Park deal made of $8,000,000.00 to the city for being able to build the casino. Walk around Graton Casino and look for hand pays and you just might be lucky after a few hours but maybe a few. Sure some of your high rollers who either played a max bet or bet $15.00 or more wind up on a billboard add holding a wad of money by hitting a progressive jack pot.

It is karma time for Graton from all of us that spend hundreds of dollars a week and loose it all to slots that do not pay back enough to win more money than we spent. Many loosing over $500,000.00 of their money because your business model low slot pay back which is purposely made secret to the public because of state gaming laws say you are not required to disclose.

As usual we will be going back.ģ/22/20 Well Graton Resort Casino, with the closure since the first time opening in 2011, your company and directors can feel the financial losses your casino has made to many people who play your slots. If it weren't for this I would definitely give a 5 star rating. More than once I found a machine I enjoy only to see it was coated with cigarette ashes. When it's real busy the cleaning crew can't keep up with the sanitizing. There are non smoking areas but the variety of machines aren't as prevalent. I feel sorry f or the employees who endure this shift after shift.Įven now as I'm doing this review my clothes and masks are in the washer. We have to wear a mask that is absorbing second hand smoke when the second hand smoke is identified as risky. I understand why as well as the vigilance in reminding everyone about the requirement. The only source of frustration for me is the mask requirement. All of the beverage servers were attentive and can't be everywhere at once. The casino is well maintained, the security folks do their job w/o being intrusive. We ate at the daily grind and really enjoyed two of our servers (Tina & Dina). The staff in all areas were polite, helpful, and really had the people skills nailed. You can't do better than the lodging, food, and casino experience. We just completed a two night stay and it is one of our favorite destinations.
